Hi there, I’m Jamie!
I have recently joined the fitness industry and my specialties are strength training and high intensity training (HIIT). Although my experience is limited, I am delighted with my achievements so far, where I have helped individuals achieve their desired goals through 1-1 sessions as well as group personal training.
My training values are that one must not fear the new or the ‘impossible’. I love to make my sessions unique and different each time. Throughout my sessions I try to have an influence on my clients’ mindsets such as conquering their fears and completing their session. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing my clients happy at the end of their sessions
