Calisthenics
Calisthenics comes from the Greek words ``Kallos`` and ``Sthenos`` which translate to Beauty and Strength. In our Calisthenics class we will be learning how to strengthen our full body with the beauty of bodyweight training. In a calisthenics class, participants will typically start with a warm-up to get their muscles ready for the workout. This may include stretches, jumping jacks, or other low-impact exercises. The main portion of the class will involve a variety of bodyweight exercises, such as squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, and planks. The instructor may also incorporate more advanced movements such as handstands, muscle-ups, or other gymnastics-style exercises. Throughout the class, the instructor will provide guidance on proper form and technique, and may offer modifications for participants with different fitness levels or abilities. Calisthenics classes are a fun and challenging way to improve your fitness, and are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, a calisthenics class can help you build strength, increase flexibility, and achieve your fitness goals
