Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. It consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and is guaranteed to get your heart racing Using equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and more; cross-training classes use a combination of exercises to work various parts of the body. We will take you train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.
