Vinyasa yoga combines a seamless flow of movement targeting all muscle groups whilst connecting mind, body and spirit as one. Each class is an individual journey enjoyed by practitioners at levels whether your intention is skill-based, flexibility, mobility, restorative or simply just to relax and have fun!

Yoga with Joanne (Hatha)

This class often compromises of rounds of Sun Salutations. This is a great way to end the day as it is an energizing flow as well as a meditative practice. Elements of cardio are also implemented into the session providing a great workout. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners as the sequence will be broken down with modifications being used where necessary. Part of these sessions will include breath work and a short meditation.
