At SCRAM we are all about our community, and what better place to feel part of it than at a group session? We provide daily classes to give our members the opportunity to complete their workouts in a community environment.
Join an indoor class by attending cross training, tabata, boxfit or calisthenics. If you’re more of an outdoors person- our running club and OCR sessions are ideal for you! Who knows? You might even choose to join Team SCRAM at local races and/or OCR events such as Tough Mudder, Spartan, The Grid, and more! We are always excited to welcome new faces.
